  Great view, comfortable house!, the pool very cold and would be great to have a TV in every room and a larger TV in the living room also would be great to have the checkout later than 11 am!....overall great week in Villa Familia!

  Peaceful Home in the Hills overlooking Pacific Ocean

  We stayed at Villa Familia for 8 days in early December 2011. This was a perfect location as it was away from the bustle & noise of Playa Del Coco, but only a 3 mile drive to get there to the amenities (banks, grocery stores, restaurants, shops etc). Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and nicely furnished. The kitchen lacked a few utensils/pots, but nothing major. Two beaches nearby were quiet and fun with snorkeling, shell collecting and body surfing. Pamela, Jennifer and Laura at Milagro Rentals were awesome - very professional, helpful and readily available to answer our questions. A GREAT experience!

  Every year, I try to plan a get together for my self and my college age sons in a place where we can totaly relax, bond and creat a few lifetime memories to share as we get older. Villa Familia was just the place for our 9 day stay. The view was beautiful and the villa spacious and well appointed. I can't think of anything that was missing that would have made it more enjoyable. Sue Issack took great care of us and filled us in on Costa Rica for first timers. Thanks Sue. The town of CoCo was frendly and the night life and food great with plenty of new friends to be found. I would rate our stay as excellent.

  Enjoyed Costa Rica. Zip line was amazing with horseback ride to first platform and spa mud bath after the canopy tour. Our grandsons got their full certification for scuba diving while in the area. Great bonding time.

  Very nice house, great view, and good location.
  
  Observations, some of the pots and pans need to be replaced some of the coating was coming off.
  
  We had a hard time finding the light switches for the lights near the pool. the switches taht were closest to the pool didnt effect the lights near the pool.
  
  Sometimes the toilets had issues flushing but it was very minor.
  
  The shower head may need to be replaced because the water pressure was very high which might be due to sediments in the shower head.
  
  The light switch in the car port took some time to turn on the light in the port. But it was very minor, the light turned on eventually.
  
  The family room AC unit leaked.
  
  Not to many bugs so that was nice.
  
  The selection on the TV was great, we enjoyed watching Toro's.
  
  The selection of cups plates, silverware was in good condition.
  
  the fridge was excelent.
  
  Overall customer servie was great.

  The experience was great, wish I was still there.
