When you enter this home you will immediately feel you are in a plush Mexican Hacienda. As you slide open the custom glass doors leading onto the tiled terraces surrounding the infinity pool, you will be able to imagine enjoying the cool ocean breeze as you relax at the pool. Exquisite custom ironwork in the formal dining area further lends a Latin feel to the living areas. This house has unique and high-end comforts such as flat screen TV’s, surround sound, Blu-ray and stereo system.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Viking Stainless Steel appliances, granite counter tops, small appliances and full service for 12. Nearby is a prep kitchen with extra capacity storage and counter space, wine cooler, and prep sink. A cozy breakfast room with pool and ocean view adjoins the kitchen space.

The spacious outdoor terrace is furnished with entertaining in mind. The infinity pool has a Jacuzzi for total relaxation. The beautiful deep blue refreshing pool has a swim up bar at the outdoor rancho.

The spacious master bedroom suite opens to the outdoor terrace and greets you with a beautiful ocean view when you awake. The master bath includes double sinks, Jacuzzi tub, and walk in shower. Small details, such as an in-suite bar and small refrigerator, add to the luxury of this master suite which is complete with custom cabinets in the walk in closet. You will also appreciate the complete privacy of this master suite, located on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms.

One of three guest bedrooms, the second bedroom has custom doors opening to the terrace and pool. Two double beds are complemented by luxury linens and an adjoining full bath. The bedroom suite is fully furnished with TV and mini-refrigerator. The walk in closet with built in cabinets provides ample storage. The in-suite bath has double sinks and a large shower.

The third spacious bedroom has a separate entrance for total privacy. The queen bed has luxury linens, and opens onto the terrace. A mini-refrigerator and flat screen TV complete the amenities in this suite. The full bath has double sinks and large walk-in shower.

The fourth guest bedroom, with separate entrance, is located at the lower level. The suite is also furnished with TV and amenities you expect in a luxury home. There is a small kitchen and breakfast bar in this suite. Still only a few steps away from the terrace and pool, you feel as though you are tucked away in a luxury cabana. The bathroom has double sinks, bathtub and shower.
